About Us

We are a small team of local people made up of a radio presenter, a former BBC journalist, a research assistant and a businessman, with secured backing to produce audio-focused news services for Bedford.

Our first show, Bedford News in 100 Seconds, has already launched. Additional longer-form shows are in production. We have built three studios with two more in development, and will soon be inviting local people to contribute content.

Our mission started after finding the dire state of what was masquerading for local news, that was mostly propaganda, fake news and churnalism. We intend to provide a true voice to local people and will focus on issues that actually matter to normal people.
